After you have logged in to BeeyondAuth (Log in to Beeyond with BeeyondAuth), you can choose to either go to Beeyond (for example, for product management or printing stickers) or view your turnover. For the latter, click the "Convert" button, and you'll be redirected to the TICA turnover portal.

You'll initially arrive at the dashboard where you can read the latest exhibitor news and find a quick overview of weekly and monthly turnover from the various TICA locations where you operate.

A detailed overview of the turnover and transactions can be found under the headingSales Overview.

This turnover overview shows the total turnover over the selected period. The current week is selected as the default period, but you can change this by selectingFromin Up to and including select date.

In addition, it is also possible to view the turnover for a specific Branch (by default, the turnover for all branches is shown).

If you have multiple exhibitor numbers, you can also select which number you want to view the turnover for (this is also set to all by default).

Export sales and transaction data

Based on the selected data and options, you can generate an export using the 3 buttons at the top right of the page, namely:

  1. Export Daily Sales: Exports a simple file with a date and the total sales for that day, without other details.

  2. Transactions Export: This is the most comprehensive export. This file contains all transactions (on the days on which transactions occurred) and includes information such as date, time, item information, and customer information.
NB:It is recommended not to select more than 2 months if you want to generate the transaction export.

  3. Export Items: Exports an overview of sold items. This file can be used, for example, to track inventory at the stands.

When you choose one of the three options, you'll be given the option to download the file as a .CSV (comma-separated values) or Excel file. Both can be opened in Excel.

It is also possible to view some more detailed transaction info in the turnover overview itself by clicking on one of the days in the overview (on the line itself or on the buttonTo look at)
