TICA – Supplying Product Orderability Data via FTP

TICA offers the option to supply data about the orderability of your products via FTP.

The CSV file determines in Beeyond whether the products are orderable for passholders.

How it Works

The orderability of your products can be updated either automatically or manually.

  • Manual update → In Beeyond, by adjusting the Orderable field.

  • Automated update →

    1. You periodically deliver a CSV file with a fixed format and fixed name to the FTP server.

    2. This file is processed by Beeyond overnight.

    3. The products in the file are matched with the products in Beeyond.

    4. If the stock is 1 or less (or negative), the product is set to not orderable in Beeyond.

Info: Exact stock levels are not imported — the value is only translated into “orderable” or “not orderable.”

CSV File Format

The file must have a fixed format depending on whether you use barcodes or not.

1. If you use (own) barcodes:

2. If you do NOT use barcodes (the unique key is “Your Article Number”):

Alert: Line 1 (the header) is mandatory. Any deviations (e.g., typos) will cause the file to fail import.
Values of 1 or less → not orderable. Values greater than 1 → orderable.
“LEVERTIJD” corresponds to the “Maximum delivery time in days” field in Beeyond.

File Name Requirements

The file name must always follow this format:

TT_0123_voorraad.csv

Replace 0123 with your exhibitor number.
The file must be in UTF-8 format.

Using the Feed for Price Changes

It’s possible to use the above file format to make bulk price changes.
Add an extra column named:

VERKOOPPRIJS EXCL

Example with barcodes:

EXPOSANTENNR;UWARTIKELNR;VOORRAAD;VERKOOPPRIJS EXCL
1234;4058547153484;0;7,49

From exhibitor 1234, the product with barcode 4058547153484 is set to not orderable and the price is set to €7.49.

If you also set delivery time:

EXPOSANTENNR;BARCODE;VOORRAAD;LEVERTIJD;VERKOOPPRIJS EXCL
1234;4058547153484;21;3;7,49

Product is set to orderable, delivery time to 3 days, and price to €7.49.

Example without barcodes (“Your Article Number”):

EXPOSANTENNR;UWARTIKELNR;VOORRAAD;VERKOOPPRIJS EXCL
1234;Art230320213;0;7,49

Product is set to not orderable, price set to €7.49.

With delivery time:

EXPOSANTENNR;UWARTIKELNR;VOORRAAD;LEVERTIJD;VERKOOPPRIJS EXCL
1234;Art230320213;21;7;7,49

Product is set to orderable, delivery time 7 days, price €7.49.

Important Notes

  • Switching between import with and without delivery time cannot be configured by yourself. Always notify us if this changes: data@tica.nl.

  • Warning: Be careful when changing product prices — the import will overwrite the current values in Beeyond. Format errors (e.g., wrong decimal separator) can cause major issues. There is no undo or recovery option.
