Requirements product data

What requirements must the product data meet?
The following mandatory fields must be provided:

  • Exhibitor number

  • Your article number

  • Barcode (if applicable)

  • Label / cash register description

  • Label

  • Sales price excl. VAT

  • VAT

  • Active Venlo

  • Active Aalsmeer

  • Active Concept Store Venlo

  • Product group

  • CBS CODE

  • Country of origin

  • Product weight (grams)

  • Orderable

  • Maximum delivery time in days

  • Order factor

The product data must be complete and accurate. If any information from the mandatory fields above is missing, the PCM team cannot perform an import.

Some fields have specific requirements/restrictions — for example, the barcode must be EAN13, and the price must always have 2 decimal places. These validations are specified in the import sheet.

How can you submit the product data?
This can be done in 5 ways:

  1. Manually per product in Beeyond

  2. In bulk, adding multiple products via an Excel file — import by the PCM team

  3. In bulk, adding multiple products via an Excel file — import via FTP (this can be automated or manual)
